Shipping policy

 

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse outside Tel Aviv, Israel. Art prints are carefully packaged and shipped in protective cardboard tubes.

Shipping within Israel

For orders over 200 NIS, free shipping is available via registered mail to the post office closest to your home.
For orders over 300 NIS, free shipping is provided via home courier delivery.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 business days.

Worldwide Shipping

International shipping is available upon prior coordination by email. Shipping details will be confirmed individually.

Returns

Art prints purchased from Crop Studio may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping cost.
