Crop Studio operates this website for the sale of art prints and the provision of textile design services, including custom and made-to-order projects. All purchases and services are subject to availability and these terms.

Payments are processed through PayPal or other payment methods supported by Shopify. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. An order confirmation will be sent once payment has been successfully completed.

All custom textile designs are the intellectual property of Crop Studio. Clients are granted an exclusive commercial license to use the design for textiles, garments, and related products, including the right to adapt or modify the design for production purposes. This license does not include the transfer of copyright or ownership and does not permit resale, sublicensing, or distribution of the design as a standalone digital file. Any transfer of copyright requires a separate written agreement.

All content on this website, including images, designs, artworks, and text, is owned by Crop Studio and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Crop Studio shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from the actions or failures of third-party service providers, including payment processors, shipping services, or internet service providers. Crop Studio is not responsible for the use of purchased products after delivery.
